Relationships, Intimacy & Sexuality
Relationships are one of our greatest sources of both joy and stress — and intimacy, in all its forms, is where so much of our living gets done. This is the territory I work in most, and write about most boldly: how we stay connected, repair trust, and keep choosing each other; and how desire, pleasure, shame and identity shape the way we love.
I think and write across the whole range of relationship and erotic life, including non-traditional and non-monogamous structures. Questions, fears, desires and curiosities are all welcome here. Some of what I explore:
- Connection, repair, and rebuilding trust
- Mismatched libido or intimacy needs
- Infidelity, jealousy and the work of repair
- Polyamory, open relationships, and boundaries
- Desire, pleasure and arousal
- Sexual shame, painful sex, and trauma recovery
- LGBTQIA+ identity and exploration
- Kink and alternative dynamics

Relationship work isn’t about who’s right or wrong — it’s about becoming better allies to each other, and to ourselves.
